• What is your return policy?

  We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days from delivery. Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened whitening powders, gels, or toothbrushes. To initiate a return, please contact our team — we’re happy to assist and guide you through the process.

• When will I receive my refund?

  After your returned product arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive an automatic confirmation once the refund has been issued.
